Air Force to upgrade Saeqe aircraft In Print: Tuesday 27 September 2011
TEHRAN – The Iranian Air Force plans to upgrade domestically-manufactured Saeqe aircraft, Brigadier General Abdollah Kashanifard told IRNA in an interview published on Monday.
Kashanifard added that Iran has been able to manufacture all the spare parts of the aircraft inside the country. He added Iran is mass-manufacturing the aircraft. The jet fighter can use different kinds of rockets.
