TEHRAN (FNA)- A prominent retired Egyptian General said the capture of the United States' stealth drone by Iran earlier this month demonstrated Tehran's power in electronic warfare, and added that Iran's high capability of electronic warfare will be highly detrimental to the Israeli regime
"Iran's capture of the spy drone shows Iran's great progress in electronic warfare," Talat Moslem told FNA on Wednesday.
"Iran can stand against the Zionist regime through its electronic warfare technology, and this is an advantage of Iran's progress in electronic warfare," the retired general said.
"Tel Aviv is among the sides that will lose much due to Iran's progress in electronic warfare," Moslem reiterated.
In relevant remarks earlier this month, a senior parliamentarian in Tehran underlined Iran's advanced technological capabilities and possibilities, and said the Iranian Armed Forces intend to simulate the design and reproduce the US RQ-170 Sentinel stealth aircraft.

TEHRAN (FNA)- A senior parliamentarian underlined Tehran's advanced technological capabilities and possibilities, and said the Iranian Armed Forces intend to simulate the design and reproduce the US RQ-170 Sentinel stealth aircraft that they downed in Eastern Iran last week.
"Relying on their scientific capabilities, the Armed Forces will be able to simulate the RQ-170 aircraft soon," Vice-Chairman of the parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Hossein Ebrahimi told FNA on Sunday.
