Catsoo would you mind  informing  the ones who don't understand Farsi ( like myself for example) who were the veterans that were honored?

Andrew,

The photo report does not mention names expect that the ceremony took place to acknowledge IRIAF pilots dedication to homeland. Iranian pilots performed legendary during the Iran/Iraq war, many were KIA in some of the most daring military operations in the history of air wars.

As you can see, the families of those absent who were KIA or passed away due to natural causes received the gratuities.
