looks like he was given honrary ranks in IRGC and had regular army badges. Only officers working in the office of Joint Chief of Staff have both IRGC and Regular Army insignias.

top(sholder):
brigadier general for IRGC


middle (arm):
IR Iran Army (regular and not IRGC) Insignia:


bottom (chest):
unidentifiable but could be the IRGC insignia which is on the cap of the officer in the first pic

well the background is that the Internal Security Forces (ISF) are supported by USA and they make troubles to the resistance the whole time ... Another thing, the resistance near the israeli borders have always hunting guns so that they appear as hunters (civilians)

So in the video the ISF found a group of fighters and came to them and ask them for their license to carry weapons... they start talking to the fighters in an arrogant way... the officer shouted at them and called his colleagues to get the jeep and collect the fighters ... the fighters try to talk to him but he started shouting and saying that he represents the state ect...

One fighter told him to stop shouting or he will shoot him !! The officer started insulting our religion ... and raise his gun to shoot ... so the fighters started shooting near the ISF who ran away like chicks ... then the two fighters threw them on the ground .. ISF not showing any resistance .. started shouting with fear hehehe .. and ran away

The scenario is pretty real .. Hezbollah deals so with those chicks :D ... this happens on daily basis .... what shall the camera man do? if i was him i would laugh as well
