What does that have to do with it bro!
That some people are weak enough that they are easily influenced by Hollywood movies are not my fault .. They may simply stop and check on them .. And just as the thread name says, this is a movie thread and not the non-Hollywood movie thread ...

I would tend to disagree bro... if you are strong willed then non of these factors should affect your life at all! Stay true to ones self and never forget your principals! All this is just for entertainment... take only the good and ignore the bad.

well Im not saying to boycott all western movies but corrupt movies and music which we know are corrupt and have little good in them we should avoid because even if you think you have a strong will, but it has its effect one way or another without you even noticing it I dont think you can deny that. Now what you are saying my brother is just another justification.
God's religion in keeping us on the striaght path only has an effect if we actually practice it, believing in it or having faith is not enough and does not translate to strong will.  You cant put yourself in a non-optimal environment and expect yourself to perform optimally!

I agree bro... for weak minded people then it isnt something they can differentiate with... Of course like you said the corrupt ones... Many MANY times im watching movies and at the same time I say stakhfir Allah multiple times in the movie... This shows me my faith is so strong no matter how bad the devil plays with my mind I can differentiate between right and wrong, I dont need this to show me how strong my faith is or not... I know its stronger than anything. Hollywood is full of propaganda and I have seen many people base their lives on movies they have seen... Somewhat to a stage that they start thinking anything coming from a movie is normal for everyday life... and I that is hollywoods affect on the average joe. This sickens me of course, but it also puts to perceptive how weak the human mind can be.

I don't like it because i easily predicted how the movie would finish. Maybe it's because the trailer is basically the whole movie in summary.

Guy is a loser, loses every fight, loses money and gets beaten, even more in debt... boy fights robot, they become world champion together... that was how i predicted the movie, lol.

very true.... but I really thought they would win the last fight.... instead they officially lost it... I hated the guy (dad) but the boy and the robot had the best attitude! You think they gonna make it a series? I mean part 1 part 2... so on?
