So could you please remove that -1 you gave because of YOUR OWN lack of knowledge YMJ.

“I searched for God among the Christians and on the Cross and therein I found Him not. I went into the ancient temples of idolatry; no trace of Him was there. I entered the mountain cave of Hira and then went as far as Qandhar but God I found not. With set purpose I fared to the summit of Mount Caucasus and found there only 'anqa's habitation. Then I directed my search to the Kaaba, the resort of old and young; God was not there even. Turning to philosophy I inquired about him from ibn Sina but found Him not within his range. I fared then to the scene of the Prophet's experience of a great divine manifestation only a "two bow-lengths' distance from him" but God was not there even in that exalted court. Finally, I looked into my own heart and there I saw Him; He was nowhere else.”

you're comparing cyrus the great with a monkey like bush?
cyrus created the world first superpower from nothing. without him who know what we will be right now.
are you Iranian? cause no Iranian will call the father of their nation a joke.
Looks like you are describing an world empire, and as we know world empire and oppression and conquer of land go hand to hand... It is called taghoot, as an iranian I am not proud of the history of taghoot of this land.

Watch your words, they become your actions.
Watch your actions they, become your habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.”

Calling him idealist(ic) reveals that you do not. Besides, not knowing one of his main works where he further refined ideas presented in Prince...

Machiavelli wrote in 1450-1500 right, both cyrus the great and sun tzu predate him. Sun tzu wrote THE art of war in the 2nd century BC.

allright i'll take the neg rep away, i knew he has a book called art of war but i consider sun tzu's art of war, THE art of war.

I never talked about "The".

Machiavelli knew nothing about Sun Tzu, but he knew Cyrus well, but he was no idealist like Cyrus.
