The second picture is the Barret M82A2 (bullpup version of the M82) which is used by US forces. You can see the placard in the top-right of the photo. It's even actually in the file-name itself (socom%20gear%20barret%20m82a2).

The top picture is an Iranian rifle though. AFAIK there's no official designation but it's an anti-material rifle judging by the size of the magazine. Like the M82 it's also a bull-pup (magazine behind the trigger unit) and over-the-shoulder design. The configuration and sheer size of it makes it extremely difficult to describe it as a "sniper rifle" IMO.

Another one of our members was able to ID the scope that's mounted to the side of the rifle  - this fact alone should give a good idea of the scale of the rifle - it's so large that the shooters head doesn't even come above the top of the rifle.

I saw latest research about sniper on TV . The company ( I can not remember it ) used slow burn powder to allow for complete burn of all powder ( slower but longer acceleration ) and slightly smaller calibre of around 4~5 mm . The sniper also had a hand held computer that measure the wind and also rotation of earth ! Like artillery man . Making shots of  2 km ?  ::)

The trick to achieve long distance accuracy is to make the round travel at supersonic speed , all the way to target . :D
