I guess that's a prototype of Nasr, because it seems video is relatively old.

I don't think so. Nasr was called "Nasr" from the beggining. Not sejjil. Also it looks that it has more diameter to length ratio than Nasr and has a liquid pipe under it's body.

Edit: Also found that the engine nozzled don't match Nasr or Kowsar either. And the "pipe" is also present in Nasr. ???

The iranian nomenclature ios hard to follow sometimes. There is already a ballistic missile named sejiil, it may create some confusion later on.

The name with most use is Raad.
Raad 1&2 SPAs
Raad anti ship missile
Raad anti air missile
Raad anti helicopter missile
Raad drone

I'm really surprised they are not yet bored of it!

I guess its iranian prototype based upon Kh-55 ... looks similar  to Kh-55
