Are you kidding me, i go to one of the most progressive colleges in America. We're the college that Rachel Corrie went to before she was killed by an Israeli bulldozer.

Absent the questions of institutional reliablity:
What about the theory is incorrect as it pertains to Al Qaeda. How does AQ's strategy not modeled after one of provocation.
