Good catch!

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you.

Judging from the size of the missile, it looks to be roughly the same diameter as a HAWK, but longer and without fins. The rocket engine looks somewhat like the HAWKs (and the Yasser A2G rocket-bomb). It also looks like it's mounted on a missile loading vehicle. The nose-cone also looks longer but I can't say for sure.

Perhaps this is the future of the Shahin/Mersad?

Could it be Mersad without the fins prior to them been prepared for launch?

Maybe is a decoy
I dont see the advantage in removing the fins when the missile would easily use lift to maneuver in an atmospheric flight
even though missiles have been made that can do that...still i dont see the advantage to Iran or any country to not use fins or lifting surfaces to maneuver a projectile when that projectile is in   atmospheric flight

I would have to agree with Wisdom, looks like a decoy SAM launcher to me.

Even advanced SAMs like the 5V55 (used in S-300) and the HQ-9 have fins for stabilization and some steering (though relying more on their TVC system). So this "missile" lack of fins is to me a dead giveaway it's a decoy. In fact I don't know of any SAM in the world that has no fins..

Makes good sense to have such decoys mixed in with actual HAWK/Mesrad systems to confuse the enemy and force them to waste missiles on a fake launcher.

There is no logic at all in making a decoy missile that looks different from the real missile.

Well without any fins it is guaranteed not to be a functional SAM since no TVC system in the world is advanced enough to allow the completely removal of fins.

So either they are decoys, or they are a SAM with its fins removed for some reason.

Maybe they are not SAMs. I don't know any Air Defense site in Bandar Abbas. They all may be decoys of real missiles and these can even be artillery rockets.

That is an emergency escape boat, don't really know how it's exactly called. These boats are used to evecuate oil rigs and large oil tankers in case of a big fire or trouble.

Most likely shaheens with the fins removed for ease of transport.  Maybe even a newer version of shaheen missiles or possibly even decoys that will have wings attached later.
