Traditionally thats why in multistage ballistic missiles each stage has a distinct engine though they are normally the same fuel type. I can't think of any mixed fuel ballistic missiles off hand to be honest and there likely good reason for that. Now such a mixed fuel type is fairly common in many Space Launch Vehicles though.
