if Iran manages to make these unmanned than that would be an advantage

I think it is better to make thousands of very small plastic unmanned floating boats/bombs each carrying about 200kg high explosive bombs.

Iran is not the first Armed Forces to make use of such aircrafts, S. Korea is another such country:

Korean look good but expensive.

as many state that this is not good war equipment, I state that this is one of the very good equipment for attacking land and sea target.

when Iran want to overwhelmed usa advance navy, its need every thing in mass number.
like Ghadir Class submarine, like rocket launcher, and missile launcher, and torpeduo launcher, and mix of these types.

these Bavar-2 is assume it as very fast Ya Mahdi Missile Boat.
Bavar-2 is much better and advance with respect to rocket launcher
see below:

even these fast boat with such a basic rocket launcher
in mass target a ship, the ship going to get and suffer from quit firepower from all the site.

Iran indeed could make more advance and much better looking flying boat, but they need it to be as cheap as possible and as fast as possible to produced.
and that is what Bavar-2 is look like.

I see a great advantage in the Bavar-2 compare to any other Fast Iran already have: [faster 185km/h, more stealth, have the ability to use missiles, law altitude flying, very cheap and fast to produce]

thats what they need to be done, except the speed is fine,
Inshallah next version.

dispute when I look at Bavar-2 is look exactly like the one introduced in 2006( 1st version)

Maybe to increase the speed a jet engine.

Damn, the Korean one looks like  a spaceship compared to ours...

But still, the question is not whether or not the Bavar is completely useless but  rather what the alternative cost is. Boats are much easier to arm, can be made stealthier and have less limitations in general and with every one of these we produce we are giving up the production of a boat. Iran's resources are not limitless after all and even the military needs to prioritize what i produces in every field.

Chinese variant of such Wing-in-surface effect crafts:

"My Lord, grant me success in struggling during failure, in having patience in disappointment, in going alone, in Jihad without weapons, in working without pay, in making sacrifice in silence, in having religious belief in the world, in having ideology without popular traditions, in having faith without pretensions, non-conformity without immaturity, beauty without physical appearance, loneliness in the crowd, and loving without the beloved knowing about it. My Lord, You teach me how to live; I shall learn how to die."

not every thing iran makes is meant to take on the US navy. take this for what it is another step in the right direction for the iranian weapons industry.

I don't see what the problem with this is. It is quite useful, it is cheap, faster than a boat and can fly. It was a university project in 2006 and the IRGC Navy must have been impressed with it to bring it into service. These ones are just observation versions but the next variant will be armed with two Kowsars and maybe even mines.

When they say these boats are radar evading, they don't mean the shape is, these ground effect vehicles fly above the water and are practically immune to sonar detection and they also fly too low to be detected by other radars, so it is very hard to detect them, once detected, they're also hard to take out, these are better taken out by AShMs than by SAMs and that would also be difficult.

All in all, this is a good product with massive growth potential, and it adds to that countless ways Iran can approach a hostile navy, submarines, FACs, coastal batteries, Karrar UAV, F-4, Helicopters, mines, speed boats and it will confuse the enemy even more and give them a headache.

Here are pics of an armed prototype:
