Are there any pictures of Mowj 1?

Yes and no.
There are no conventional pictures of it, however in google earth you can see a picture of what some people claim is the Mowj-1 under construction in Bandar-e Abbas. These are pictured at the end of the post

Where is it stationed in the Persian Gulf or in the Caspain sea?

If the above claim is true, the PG, if not, i think we can still assume its the PG because the Caspian is of much less importance to Iranian strategic goals, and is overall, simply much smaller.

Does it have the HQ-7?

Maybe, i cant tell from looking at the google imagery. The model that has been displayed shows a launcher ahead of the Bridge, so, most likely. I can't see any problem with sticking a launcher on the ship

When will the Mowj 2 be completed and where will it be stationed?

Well assuming production time around the same as Mowj-1, it would be about 4-5 years. And production started in 2007, maybe 2006, so around 2011-2012, maybe less. That being said, i can't find evidence of it on the google earth, granted, i haven't checked the Caspian yet, but i find it unlikely it would be deployed there.

Does Iran put Misagh Manpads on any of the vessals? Do they put them on the boghammers as well? Are there any pictures of them?

No pictoral evidence of it that i have, but i think its a safe bet they do as it would be the only anti-air capability possible beyond the few mig-s-1800's with zu-23-1's.

Yes, but they are either satelite images or printscreens from videos.

We don't know. We know it has atleast 1 twin 37mm aa gun but we don't know what for SAMs it uses.

Well Mowj 1's production started in 2003. It entered service in end November 2007. Mowj 2's production started in February 2007, it'll likely take the same amounth of time.

Where it's stationed is unknown, though some claim it is in the Caspian sea but there are no sources to back that up.

I found this pic showing the new Research Submarine being designed/built by Iranian university students called the Arsin Sharif...It is very interesting design, though we don't have much of a scale of its dimensions but still very interesting!
