Guano Apes from Germany.The lead singer is Sandra Nasic from Serbia I think.Video is OK..

Its not possible to view the video with a german IP. Instead of playing the video it says that the owner didn't obtain the required rights on the music to provide the video in Germany.

Croatia actually. Very close. Nice german power sound, still for my taste Rammstein would fit even better. Cool video, plus at 1:28 great  :)
