Question about Iran SLV

Last year Iranian president opened aerospace systems and structure' laboratory, now what most people did not catch is this

That is the structural test of a missile, now my question is do you think that is the simorgh or a new SLV? By comparing the size of the people next to the simorgh and the people next to the structural test it seem simorgh's diameter is smaller, but of course the people are not exactly next to the simorgh they are maybe a few meters in front of it. here is the picture of the simorgh:

The zionists missile expert also said this is ICBM missile size, here jump to 35.00

I think is a new missile since I believe is larger than simorgh, and also simorgh  slv is further along in its construction. This structural test from my understanding are usually done at start of the design to confirm theoretical models drawn up on computers. I have a degree in aerospace engineering from many years ago but have never worked in the field so my knowledge is only from text books ...if any one has more info that they did not learn from Wikipedia it would be appreciated :)

My guess is that the machine is the fore front is a compression machine. The specimen under loading could very well be a section of a new SLV (certainly the lower or lowest section) under loading to see if it could bear the full load of the weight of the SLV.

What i means is that they are at least research is being done for a larger missile or an SLV which is not so unusual for a case like Iran. Iran is planning to send a man to orbit in about ten years and such tests are in schedule for that event.

There are probably a lot more developments going on for the maned launch SLV that we are not aware yet.
